4. Credits and Payments

Members must purchase credits to access chat features. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. ChatKeeper LLC does not store full payment details.

5. User Conduct

  • No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • No impersonation.
  • No harassment or harmful behavior.

6. Buddy Relationships

ChatKeepers provides a platform for connections. We are not responsible for user interactions or off-platform arrangements.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software are owned by ChatKeeper LLC. Users retain rights to their own uploaded content but grant us a license to display it within the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion, especially for violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatKeeper LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
